Keah develops and executes the strategic vision for ONE BETTER. She brings 20 years of experience in a corporate environment, working for a Fortune 500 company in the financial services industry. She holds a master's degree in Professional Communications and is a former licensed real estate agent in the state of Pennsylvania. Keah's professional success is rooted in her expertise as a business analyst, project manager and consultant. Her skillset allows her to balance strategic thinking with tactical action to create effective solutions. Born and raised in the city of Philadelphia, Keah's passion for making her city better for all of its residents is the company's driving force.

TERENCE JONES
Terence manages and implements all ONE BETTER renovation projects and ensures all quality assurance and safety measures are upheld. Terence brings 20 years of experience as a high-performing building maintenance manager, a profitable independent general contractor and an ambitious entrepreneur. His work ethic has produced satisfied and loyal clients throughout the city of Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Terence was born and raised in Philadelphia. His passion for property rehabbing and delivering value-added solutions for our clients is the foundation on which the ONE BETTER vision is built upon.
